These 90 degree adapters with thumb screw actuator connect to the factory schrader fitting and depress the valve, they are sealed by a rubber gasket. The swivel end will also attach to -4 SAE or JIC/AN adapters. The other end is -4 MJIC .
These are great for test connections.

Not intended for permanent gauge installation.
