Due to customer abuse of our warranty and core policies we have implemented some changes to ensure we receive defective product and cores back.

Shipping:
Note: We do not set shipping rates, rates are set by UPS, minimum charges, residential delivery fees and fuel surcharges are set by UPS, any complaints as to the high cost of shipping should be directed to them as we have no control over that. We recently ceased USPS domestic shipping because of complaints about lack of tracking info made available by USPS and lost shipments.
Shipping is primarily done through UPS. Most items are kept in stock but some may be drop shipped. We Ship World Wide, International customers should contact us for shipping rates and possible export restrictions. For international shipments customers will be responsible for all duties, fees and taxes. We have no control over border crossing delays.
If and when USPS is utilized shipment will be delayed one day due to pick up times and there will be no tracking available, customer must pay for insurance for USPS.
Check the UPS link for approximate transit times in business days, the day shipped does not count in the transit time estimation. We will not be held liable for shipments delayed in transit.

We cannot guarantee transit times, we can only pass along the published transit times from the carrier. If a shipment is delayed we cannot refund the shipping charge unless it is first refunded to us from the carrier. Once your order is picked up for delivery we have no control beyond that point. In the unlikely event your shipment becomes lost in transit we will ship you a replacement after determining this is actually the case, if after receiving a replacement your original shipment arrives we ask that you contact us so we can arrange to have it returned to us at no cost to you. USPS shipments will not have tracking.

Customers purchasing special order items (products we do not stock) will be charged actual shipping rates.
Any items with "Free Shipping" will be shipped via the most economical method at our discretion unless otherwise stated on this web site.

Cores and Core Charges:
Core charges will apply to all injectors and injection pumps.
A refundable core charge of $150 will be charged at check out for each set of FireBall injectors. We will only accept OEM Bosch injector cores for credit.
A refundable core charge of $600 will be charged at check out for each Blue Chip Diesel VP44 Injection pump and 400 for other brand VP44's.
The appropriate core charge will be added for DDP injectors and nozzles.
Usable OEM cores must be returned to the address indicated at the time of purchase within 30 days (21 days for Blue Chip Diesel Pumps and other injection pumps) of the date of purchase or the core deposit will be considered abandoned and customer will forfeit the right of refund. The reason for this is we must pay for the core in thirty days and once paid for we are not entitled to a refund should the core arrive late. So please return cores promptly so we can process your refund and get it to you as soon as possible.
A core charge of $400 will be charged for each non Blue Chip Diesel VP44 Injection pump and $600 for Blue Chip units.
A core charge of $800 will be charged for each CP3 Injection pump .
We will only accept OEM Bosch injector cores for credit.


Return Policy:
Any and all returns must have prior authorization for a credit to be issued.
On components made by Performance Supply Co. we will repair or replace any defective parts for up to one year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser only. Returns may be accepted up to 30 days from the date of sale with prior authorization, the outbound shipping charge will be deducted as well as a 10% restocking fee from the purchase amount and return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
On products from other manufacturers, warranties will be handled through the manufacturer and returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase will be on a case by case basis with return freight charges being borne by the buyer, outbound shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the original invoice, prior authorization must be obtained.
Special order items may not be retuned.
Turbochargers and turbo components may not be returned.

Prior return authorization is required. Refunds or exchanges will not be authorized unless all the above mentioned requirements are followed.
All returns or exchanges must be in the original box with a copy of the invoice and may only be returned by the original purchaser with prior authorization.
Return freight shall be borne by the purchaser. Warranty cards on FASS pumps and systems should be filled out and send in immediately with a copy of the invoice/receipt to validate warranty. Return freight will be the responsibilty of the buyer. Other fuel pumps will be warrantied for thirty days from the date of purchase and fuel pre filter usage is mandatory. Cores shall be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for core refund.

Any and all returned products will need an authorization before return. Do not send back items without prior authorization or it will be returned to you freight collect!
You must have prior authorization and correct address for return to receive credit.
All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All non Vulcan Performance products will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If there is ever a problem with something we sell please give us a call at 360-450-4237 so we can work with you on resolving the issue. Do not send warranty product back without contacting us for approval.
