NOTE: Due excessive fraud, orders placed with a shipping address other than the credit card billing address must be verified. Our regular days of operation and shipping are Tuesday through Friday.

USPS does not guarantee transit times.
Sunday and Fed holidays not included in transit times.
USPS Ground Advantage Mail usually 3-6 days.
Priority Mail Usually 2-3 days
UPS will not deliver to PO boxes.
We do not offer expedited shipping services.

By placing this order the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of sale published on this site.
In stock prebuilt items usually ship within 48 hours during our business week not including weekends and holidays. Items to be built, drop shipped or not in stock may take longer to ship. Any questions on this please call.
MFM2 may take up to two business days to ship as they are made to order.

Export shipments will incur a brokerage fee (not included in the shipping rate), taxes and duties. Contact your carrier for brokerage amount. Taxes and duties are set by the country being exported to. We do not collect these fees, taxes and duties.

*Sat, Sun and FedEx, UPS and USPS holidays are not calculated in shipping times, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, airport closures, road closures, disasters, or any carrier related issues beyond our control. Signature service is an additional charge. NOTE: Shipping transit time estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers rarely if ever refund shipping charges for late shipments.

The method we select is based solely on price, we will not know the method of transport until the order is boxed, weighed and the actual box dimensions are calculated and rated with the address given for each carrier available to us. This option could be Postal, UPS, SurePost, Fedex or other at our discretion.

Any free shipping offers will be most economical ground shipping*, limited to the lower US 48 states and to items listed as such on this website. AK, HI and any other US territories are excluded and will pay applicable shipping rates unless specifically indicated otherwise.

We ship World Wide, contact us for possible export restrictions, all international shipments will incur the applicable shipping rates. International customers will be responsible for any and all taxes, duties and brokerage fees. Web orders will ship via UPS or similar substitute service at our discretion.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours during our business week (Tuesday through Friday) if received by 12 Noon, this does not include holidays or weekends. We are not responsible for excessive transit delays as a result of disasters natural or otherwise, vehicle accidents, road closures, weather, or mishandling by the carrier or theft after delivery to a PO box, mail box, porch or other carrier drop off area. Drop ships, back orders, special orders may take longer.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has left our custody.

We reserve the right to substitute comparable shipping services such as FedEx, UPS, USPS ect. on any and all shipments when necessary to facilitate movement of the order.

Warranties
Please contact us at [email protected] about any warranty issues so we may assist you in resolving them. Warranties are subject to manufacturers policies. All warranties will be handled through the manufacturer. If an incorrect item is shipped to you as a result of our mistake call us so we can resolve it. Replacement items from VDP will be shipped via the same (or similar) method as the original order. Warrantied items will be shipped per the manufacturers policy, we have no control over this. Our six month product warranties cover our product only and do not cover labor or any other costs.

Other Warranties:

Products from manufacturers other than Performance Supply Co, Vulcan Performance, TPGI and VPMAX will be covered under the respective warranties and warranty process from that manufacturer and will be handled through that manufacturer.
