Orders All fitting, component and custom configured orders taken over the phone must be verified by email or fax before processing to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Retail pricing on fittings, components, any and all custom configurations shall apply, "Web" or "Internet" pricing shall only apply to orders placed on the website by the customer.
Shipping policy: Please call with any questions regarding injector/nozzle availability as there may be lead times involved if not in stock. Orders placed after 1:00 PM M-F may ship the following day, please call with any questions.Shipping days are Monday through Friday excluding UPS observed holidays.UPS does not deliver on Saturday unless Saturday delivery is requested and paid for, Saturday delivery not available in all areas, Saturday delivery can only be arranged by phone, please call for rates and availability on Saturday delivery. UPS does not deliver on Sunday. Next day orders placed of Friday will deliver on Monday (excluding UPS holidays) unless Saturday delivery arrangements are made by contacting us by phone. Any free shipping offers will be ground shipping* and limited to the lower US 48 states and to items listed as such on this website. AK, HI and any other US territories are excluded and will pay applicable shipping rates unless specifically indicated otherwise. Expedited shipping is available for published rates. We ship WorldWide, contact us for possible export restrictions, all international shipments will incur
the applicable shipping rates. International customers will be responsible for
any and all taxes, duties and brokerage fees. If you would like your international shipment to ship via USPS to save on brokerage fees call us for rates.Web orders will ship via UPS or similar substitute service at our discretion. Orders typically ship within 24 hours** during the business week, this does not include holidays or weekends. We are not responsible for transit delays as a result of disasters natural or otherwise, vehicle accidents, road closures, weather, or mishandling by the carrier ect. Drop ships, back orders or special orders may take longer. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has left our custody. *Method of free ground shipping will be at our discretion. We reserve the right to substitute comparable shipping services such as FedEx, OnTrac ect. on any and all shipments.
Returns All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and have prior
authorization, only from the original purchaser and must be
accompanied with a copy of the original invoice/receipt. There will be up to
a 20% restocking fee on returned items to cover our costs, items must be unused, in new condition and in the
original packaging, items not in new condition will not be credited. In other words if the item cannot be sold again as new we cannot accept it. All returns must have prior authorization or the item will be returned freight collect to the customer. Return freight will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All items returned for refund will be subject to inspection upon arrival, any items not in new condition will be returned to the customer freight collect. All authorized returned items must be sent to: Vulcan Diesel Performance8612 NE 152nd Ave, Vancouver, WA 98682, returns sent to any other address will be returned to the sender, please call first to get an RMA from us so we can track the return and give proper credit. There will be no returns on special orders, custom machined/fabricated parts or custom braided lines. Please do not send return items to our Beaverton, OR address. Injectors and or nozzles may not be returned once they have been installed or have been disassembled. Special order injectors and or nozzles may not be returned. Warranties Please contact us
about any warranty issues so we may assist you in resolving them.
Warranties are subject to manufacturers policies. All warranties will be handled through the manufacturer. If an incorrect item
is shipped to you as a result of our mistake call us so we can resolve
it. Replacement items from VDP will be shipped via the same (or
similar) method as the original order. Warrantied items will be shipped
per the manufacturers policy, we have no control over this.
Injector/Nozzle Warranty
Please read below before

Warranty
- FireBall nozzles
carry a 12 month limited warranty
against failure from the date of purchase. New Injector bodies have a
12 month
warranty. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser with the
original
sales slip. We reserve the right to either replace or rebuild the
injector
body(s)and or nozzle(s) in question. Vulcan Performance/PSC warranties
only the
injector and or nozzle and will not be held responsible for any other
costs incurred by the user in case of a defect or failure. Modification
or
physical damage to the injector due to improper installation, misuse ,
increased rail pressures or other means shall violate warranty.
Unauthorized disassembly of an injector unit will violate warranty.
Product should
be installed by a qualified professional. Disclaimer - Vulcan
Diesel Performance, PSC, TPGI, its subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers and distributors shall not be
held liable for any damage caused by the use and or misuse of this product
including but not limited to engine or drive train damage, down time or other
losses and expenses. Use of this product may violate vehicle warranty.
Installation of this product may affect vehicle emissions, for off road competition use only, use in accordance with the laws
in your area. Note to Customer - Always
be sure the injector you select is correct for your application taking into
consideration the vehicles intended usage and other engine modifications such
as turbocharger, air intake system, exhaust system, electronics and
transmission modifications. Monitor your engine vitals with properly working
gauges. Monitor exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) and pay close attention to EGT�s
to avoid serious engine damage. Use of electronic and or mechanical pressure
altering devices nullifies warranty. For off road use only. By purchasing this product the customer agrees to the terms and

Core Policy
ALL core charges are in addition to the sales price.
FireBall full injector Core Policy
All 12 and 24 valve injector sets will incur a 150.00 core charge per set of six. Usable OEM Bosch cores must be returned within 30 days of the original
purchase to PSC to be eligible for refund. Cores must be usable for refund to
be issued. Return freight shall be the responsibility of the end user. Common rail injector core charge will be 1200.00 for new and 900.00 for reman per each set of six. Return freight shall be the responsibility of the end user. Only Bosch cores will be accepted for credit.

All Dynomite Diesel (DDP) pumps, injectors or nozzles with core charges will be billed at the applicable rate per DDP policy. All DDP cores should be returned within 30 days to: Dynomite Diesel Performance 13675 Roosevelt Rd SE Monroe, WA 98272
All injection pumps will incur the appropriate core charge at the time of check out. Usable cores should be returned within three weeks to the address included in the original box. Return check valve must remain in the injection pump to avoid a 50.00 fee Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer. **Some drop ships may take longer, call if you have any questions on this.
